   Waited 50 minutes for food after ordering. Bowl came for my 5 year old grandson and when he-Ickes it up to move it closer to hi he screamed and dropped it as it was red hot. Didn’t stay to eat and left. I am very angry

   Refillable Pepsi was flat .ants crawling all over the refillable machine.ordered 2 ice creams only got one as told machine was broken.so overall a very poor experience.

   Staff had “don’t care” attitude. So, it was near Christmas, but we felt we were a nuisance being there!

    Booking very easy on line. Food was rather cold and would have been better on hot plates. Dry white wine tasted a bit watered down but a reasonable price. Overall for what we paid it was good value. Seating very comfortable.
